面向“双碳”战略的生态旅游:理论内涵和发展路径——基于生态文明先行示范区湖州的实践

Ecotourism Oriented Towards the“Dual Carbon”Strategy:Theoretical Connotation and Development Path——Based on the Practice in Huzhou,an Ecological Civilization Pilot Demonstration Area

生态旅游是以良好的自然环境为基础,实现旅游和环境保护协调发展的新兴旅游业态。如何在“双碳”战略指引下,推进生态旅游的低碳转型,是亟待解决的时代命题。以“全市域”生态文明先行示范区湖州为研究范本,以湖州的生态旅游实践为基础,通过深度挖掘“生态旅游”的内涵,从“生态旅游低碳化”和“低碳元素注入旅游业”两个维度,探讨既要生态先行又有实操性的生态旅游发展路径。

Ecotourism is an emerging tourism format that is based on a good natural environment and achieves coordinated development between tourism and environmental protection.How to promote the low-carbon transformation of ecotourism under the guidance of the“Dual Carbon”strategy is an urgent proposition of the times.Taking Huzhou,the“city wide”ecological civilization pilot demonstration area as the research sample,based on the ecotourism practice of Huzhou,by deeply exploring the connotation of“ecotourism”,from the dimensions of“low-carbon ecotourism”and“low-carbon elements injected into the tourism industry”,this paper explores the development path of ecotourism that should be both ecological and practical.
