摘要
综合考虑大型清洁能源多能互补基地自身的经济性和电网负荷形态、远距离输电通道需求,研究大型风光蓄多能互补基地容量优化配置。引入风光等新能源弃风光率、远距离输电通道利用率、远距离输电通道最小送电需求、电网负荷形态需求等约束,以多能互补基地经济性为目标,并以西藏某市风光蓄多能互补基地为研究对象开展基地容量优化配置研究。研究结果表明,优化的方案具有良好的基地自身经济性和电网侧负荷需求一致性表现。
Comprehensively considering the economic efficiency of the large clean energy multi-energy complementary base,the type of network load,and the requirements of longdistance transmission,this paper presents a study on the optimal allocations of the capacity of the large power complementary base.To improve the economic efficiency of the base,the paper introduces constraint conditions such as the wind-solar curtailment rate of new energy resources,the utilization rate of long-distance transmission channel,the minimum power supply requirements for long-distance transmission channels and the load type of the power grid.With the economic efficiency as the goal,and with a certain base in Tibet as the research objective,the paper studies the optimal capacity allocation of the large wind-solar-pumped storage power complementary base.The results indicate that the optimized scheme has good economic performance for the base itself as well as consistency of load demand on the power grid side.
