清洁低碳能源电网共享用电终端设备电能计量研究 被引量:1

摘要 清洁低碳能源电网可以降低电能传输损耗,但其电能谐波的冲击负荷易导致电能计量误差,直接影响供用电双方结算的准确性。提出一种清洁低碳能源电网共享用电终端设备电能计量方法。根据畸变信号简化电网信号模型,计算电能计量节点的电压和电流;简化电网模型,获取电网信号功率;基于傅里叶变换,分解原始电能信号,通过逆变换获取全新的电能信号,实现用电终端设备电能的计量。实验结果表明,研究方法应用下,当电能出现谐波时,计量的电流波动幅值误差仍不超过0.1 A,且电能计量结果为正弦波,其计量结果较准确;该方法计量过程耗时平均为1.473 ms,运行效率较高。实验结果证明了该方法抗谐波性能较优,实用性较强。 The clean and low-carbon energy grid can reduce power transmission loss,but the impact load of its power harmonic is prone to lead to errors in power metering,which directly affects the settlement accuracy of both power purchasers and sellers.This paper presents an energy metering method for the shared power terminal equipment of the clean and low-carbon energy grid.The power grid signal model is simplified according to the distorted signal,and the voltage and current of electric energy metering nodes are calculated.The power grid model is simplified to obtain the power of grid signals.Based on Fourier transform,the original electric energy signal is decomposed,and a new electric energy signal is obtained through inverse transform to realize the electric energy measurement of the electric terminal equipment.The experimental results show that using the proposed method,when there are harmonics in the electric energy,the error of the measured current fluctuation amplitude still does not exceed 0.1A,and the electric energy measurement result is sine wave,which shows that the measurement result is more accurate.The average time-consuming process by the proposed method is 1.473ms,and the operation efficiency is high.The experimental results show that this method has better anti harmonic performance and strong practicability.
