Practical Exploration of Urban Renewal Action in Fujian Province in the New Era

新型城镇化追求城市更高质量的建设与发展,城市更新行动成为城市转型建设发展的重要抓手。文章重点分析新时期福建省城市更新行动的探索与实践。分析梳理城市更新行动政策、概念、内涵及建立逻辑理论框架,继而对新时期福建省城市更新行动的发展脉络、工作体系、重点内容以及实施机制进行阐述与分析。以问题、目标为导向对未来福建省开展城市更新行动的政策法规、规划体系及实施机制等提出优化建议。

The new-type urbanization pursues the construction and development of higher quality of the city,and the urban renewal action becomes the important grasp of the urban transformation construction and development.This paper focuses on the analysis of the new era of urban renewal in Fujian province,the exploration and practice.Through the literature analysis to comb the urban renewal action policy,concept,connotation and logic to establish a theoretical framework,then it expounds and analyzes the development vein,work system,key contents and implementation mechanism of urban renewal action in Fujian province in the new period.Finally,the paper puts forward some suggestions to optimize the policies,regulations,planning system and implementation mechanism of urban renewal in Fujian province.
