在综合育人背景下,“岗课赛证”融通模式是现阶段职业院校育人的科学方法,且能够保证育人效果从实践维度和理论维度达到更高的水平。以岗课赛证融通为背景探讨建筑类专业新型实训基地建设的问题,意在明确现阶段实训基地建设中需要把握的关键要点,并进一步提出有效的优化建设措施。基于文献研究和实践分析可知,在“岗课赛证”融通的背景下,应当注重结合实际加强实训基地的一体化建设力度,以综合育人为目标加强学生的技术能力培养工作开展,通过举办职业竞赛提升学生职业技能水平。只有结合实际构建新型实训基地,加强实训基地完善建设力度,才能够适应建筑类专业实践工作要求,提高专业人才培养质量。

The integration model of"on-the-job course competition certification"has become a scientific method for current education in the context of comprehensive education,and can ensure that the educational effect reaches a higher level from both practical and theoretical dimensions.This article is based on the integration of job courses,competitions,and certifications to explore the construction of new practical training bases for architecture majors.The aim is to clarify the key points that need to be grasped in the current construction of practical training bases and further propose effective optimization measures.Based on literature research and practical analysis,it can be seen that in the context of the integration of"job courses,competition,and certification",the key points of constructing a new type of practical training base for architecture majors include introducing various resources to support the base construction,continuously improving the base construction structure and content.In terms of the further application of practical bases in teaching,in the context of the integration of"job courses,competitions,and certificates",attention should be paid to strengthening the integration construction of practical training bases in combination with reality,and strengthening the cultivation of students'technical abilities with the goal of comprehensive education.By organizing vocational competitions,students can improve their vocational skills.Only by combining the actual construction of a new type of training base and strengthening the construction of the training base can we adapt to the requirements of practical work in the field of architecture and improve the quality of professional talent cultivation.
