茶及植物类芳香水的加工工艺及生物活性研究进展

摘要 茶及植物类芳香水起初是人们生产植物精油时废弃的水溶性副产物,后因其香气逼真浓郁且具有一定的功效而被单独开发为产品,应用于食品、饮料、日化、医药等领域。与植物精油相比,植物类芳香水的产量更大,生产成本更低,人体刺激性小,具有较高的开发可行性和价值。文章详细介绍了植物类芳香水的加工工艺、不同工艺效果比较、生物活性及用途,并对该类产品现存问题及发展趋势做总结和展望。 Tea and plant aromatic water was originally a watersoluble byproduct discarded in the production of plant essential oilandwas later developed as a product used in food,beverage,daily necessities,cosmetics,medicine and other fieldsbecause of its rich aroma and efficacy.Compared with plant essential oil,the plant aromatic water has higher yield,lower production cost,less human irritation,and higher development feasibility and value.This paper introduced the processing,effect comparison,biological activity and applications of plant aromatic water,analyzed the existing problems and development prospect of this product.
