如何设计志愿服务活动以提升参与者情感体验?——基于行为设计学视角

How to Design Voluntary Activities to Enhance Volunteers'Emotional Experience?——Based on the Perspective of Behavioral Design

摘要 志愿者在志愿服务活动中的情感体验影响志愿经历储备,及其志愿活动参与行为的可持续性。本文基于行为设计学中的峰终定律,根据不同类型的峰值体验将志愿服务活动分为个体层次的欣喜体验类、认知体验类,以及人际层次的荣耀体验类和连接体验类活动。为了打造峰值体验,提升志愿者参与活动的情感体验,本文提出以下活动设计建议:第一,增加刺激元素和打破认知脚本,使志愿者获得欣喜体验;第二,对志愿者表达认可和采用个性化定制,使志愿者获得荣耀体验;第三,引导志愿者产生深层次的认识,使志愿者获得认知体验;第四,打造共同使命感和加深与他人之间的感情共鸣,使志愿者获得连接体验。本文为提高个体参与志愿服务的可持续性提供了实践启示。 The emotional experience of volunteers in voluntary activities affects their volunteering experiences and perseverance.Based on the Peak-End Rule in behavioral design and different types of peak experience,this article categorizes voluntary activities into individual level emphasizing joyful and cognitive experiences,and interpersonal level with include honorary and connective experiences. In order tocreate peak experiences and enhance the emotional experience fromvoluntary participation, this article proposes several suggestions onactivity design. Firstly, to add stimulating elements and break cognitivescripts to provide volunteers with joyful experience. Secondly, to expressrecognition and customize for volunteers' needs to provide them withhonorary experience. Thirdly, to guide volunteers to develop a deeperunderstanding and provide them with cognitive experience. Fourthly,to create a sense of shared mission and deepen emotional resonancewith others, enabling volunteers to obtain connective experience. Thisarticle provides practical implications for improving the sustainability ofvoluntary behaviors.
