空间感知下的特色小镇意象构建研究——以杭州云栖小镇为例

A study on the image construction of characteristic town under spatial perception:taking Yunqi town of Hangzhou as an example

我国城市化建设取得了巨大成就的同时,生态危机日趋严重、城市化与生态平衡的矛盾日益突出。党中央为了解决这一矛盾提出进一步加强新型城镇化建设,特色小镇正是有效解决当前城市化环境问题的新手段、新型城镇化建设的新模式。因此,特色小镇是否能高质量发展,将直接影响新型城镇化建设的进程。本研究综合运用城市意象理论,以我国最早的特色小镇——杭州云栖小镇为具体研究对象,对其现状进行调研同时开展意象空间心理感知实验,基于主观感知的特色小镇意象元素测试、空间环境满意度、文化融合度以及基于语义分析法的特色小镇意象空间感知评价,对其空间意象进行定量化,并进一步分析小镇的优势,提炼需改进提升的意象要素。只有挖掘小镇文化,营造小镇氛围,凸显小镇特色,关注公众认同,才能助力小镇高品质发展,推动我国新型城镇化建设。

While the urbanization construction of China has made great achievements,many prob-lems also occur,such as the contradiction between urbanization and balance of nature.Character-istic towns are a new means to effectively solve the current urbanization environmental problems and a new model of urbanization.Therefore,the high quality of characteristic towns can directly affect the process of new urbanization construction.This study comprehensively uses the urban im-age theory,and takes Yunqi Town,the earliest characteristic town in China,as the specific re-search object.After investigating the status quo of the town,an image space psychological percep-tion experiment is carried out.The characteristic town image element test was based on subjective perception,spatial environment satisfaction,cultural integration degree,and the characteristic town image spatial perception evaluation was based on semantic analysis,with further differentia-tion to quantify its spatial image and analyzing the advantages of the town,to extract the ele-ments to be improved.Only by excavating the town culture,creating the town atmosphere,high-lighting the characteristics of the town,and paying attention to the public identity can we help the high-quality development of the town and promote the new urbanization construction of China.
