摘要
随着大众对精神文化的诉求日益增长,“广场+地下”商业空间模式应在满足经济效益的同时兼顾所在地特殊的广场文化。建立广场文化视角下的地下商业空间有效的设计评价方式,以武林广场中央商城为例,分别对空间形式、场所体验、城市空间特色文化氛围营造三个方面进行深度分析与探索,研究城市商业空间模式以及评价设计切入点与优化策略。
With the increasing spiritual and cultural demands of the public,the performance evaluation of“Square+Underground”commercial space mode should not only meet the economic benefits,but also take into account the special square culture of the place.An underground commercial performance evaluation system from the perspective of square culture is established.Taking Wulin Square Central Mall as an example,in-depth analysis and comments are made on three aspects,namely,space form,place experience and construction of urban space characteristic cultural atmosphere,which serves as entry points for exploring design and optimization strategy of this kind of commercial space mode.
