摘要
党的二十大以来,国家安全问题愈发受到重视,高校实验室亟待需要将安全管理工作重心前置,强化安全教育环节。基于HSE管理体系的风险防控、规范性管理、系统性、全员参与、持续改进,与实验室安全教育理念不谋而同,因此根据目前高校实验室安全教育现状,结合HSE管理体系理念,构建多位一体的高校实验室HSE教育新模式,实现实验室安全教育模式的教育目标立体化、教学体系规范化、教学手段数智化、演练教学实战化、反馈优化可视化,以有效拓宽学生的安全知识,提升安全技能、提高安全意识,从而更好地预防、消除实验室事故隐患。
Since the 20th CPC National Congress,national security issues have been increasingly valued.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the education process.The core idea of the HSE management system is risk prevention,standardized management,systematic,full participation and continuous improvement,which is consistent with the concept of laboratory safety education.Therefore,a new laboratory safety education mode of HSE education is constructed,which aims to achieve stereoscopic education goals,standardized teaching systems,intelligent teaching methods,practical exercises,and optimizating and visualizing feedback.This can effectively broaden students'safety knowledge,improve safety skills,and enhance safety awareness,thus better preventing hidden dangers of laboratory accidents.
