“三全育人”视域下高校“劳动+”教育模式与路径研究

A research on the“labor+”education model and approach in higher education from the perspective of“three-full-scale education”

在党的二十大报告中,11次提到“劳动”,强调“坚持尊重劳动”“在全社会弘扬劳动精神”,凸显了劳动的特殊价值和重要意义。高校作为培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人的主阵地,是实施劳动教育的重要主体。在“三全育人”思想政治教育视域下,从社会、学校、家庭等层面分析当下大学生劳动教育的现状与不足,并以浙江工业大学理学院的实践与探索为例,研究新时代新形势下高校“劳动+”教育新模式,即劳动+思政教育、劳动+课程教学、劳动+专业实践等实现路径,以期为高校有效开展劳动教育提供借鉴与参考。

In the report presented at the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the term“labor”was mentioned eleven times,emphasizing the importance of“respecting labor”and“promoting the spirit of labor throughout society”.This highlights the unique value and monumental significance of labor.As the primary platform for cultivating socialist builders and successors who possess moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic,and labor development comprehensively,institutions of higher education constitute integral entities for implementing labor education.Taking into consideration the framework of the“three-full-scale education”system(which encompasses all-direction,whole-course and all-member education),this paper examines the current circumstances and deficiencies of labor education for university students from societal,institutional,and familial perspectives.It uses the practices and explorations conducted at the College of Sciences,Zhejiang University of Technology as a case study to investigate innovative“labor+”education paradigms in higher education within the context of the new era.This includes integration approaches that connect labor with ideological and political education,curriculum pedagogy,and professional practices.The goal is to provide insights and references for colleges and universities to effectively implement labor education.
