社区铸牢中华民族共同体意识的实践机理与治理进路

The Practical Mechanism and Governance Approach of Consolidatinga Strong Sense of Community for the Chinese Nation in Communities

铸牢中华民族共同体意识不仅需要理论探索,更需要实践推进。社区是各族群众生产生活与交往交流交融的共同场所,是铸牢中华民族共同体意识的基层实践场域。H省以铸牢社区各族群众的中华民族共同体意识为指向,在空间、文化、经济、社会、心理等多方面实践措施的作用下,取得了一定成效。然而,囿于宏观设计、中观操作和微观个体等因素的限制,社区铸牢中华民族共同体意识仍存在进一步提升空间。因此,需要从宏观、中观和微观三层次出发,破除阻滞因素,实现社区铸牢中华民族共同体意识的优化提升:一是加强机制保障,订立指导规划;二是提高实践能力,改进工作内容;三是完善宣传教育体系与常态化机制,激发群众的参与意愿。

Consolidating a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation requires not only theoretical exploration,but also practical advancement.Community is a common place for people of all ethnic groups to work,live,communicate,exchange and integrate.It is also a practice field at the grassroots level to consolidate a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation.H Province has achieved certain results by guiding the practice of consolidating a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation in aspects such as space,culture,economy,society,and psychology.However,due to limitations of macro design,meso operation and micro individual factors,there is still room for further consolidating a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation in communities.Therefore,it is necessary to remove the blocking factors from the macro,meso and micro levels to realize the optimization and improvement of the sense of community for the Chinese nation in communities:firstly,it is necessary to strengthen the mechanism guarantee and establish the guiding plan;secondly,it is necessary to improve practical ability and improve the work content;thirdly,it is necessary to improve the publicity and education system and normalize the mechanism to stimulate the people’s willingness to participate.
