当代中国民族地区慈善事业发展述论

Development of Philanthropy in Ethnic Areas in Contemporary China

现代慈善立足扶危济困,促进人与社会和谐发展。党的二十大将发展公益慈善事业确立为新时代完善分配制度的重要任务之一。改革开放以来,中国民族地区慈善事业有了一定发展,但受经济发展水平不高、慈善制度不健全、慈善组织能力不足等因素影响,总体上仍处于初级发展阶段。要改变现状,地方政府应进一步提高对发展慈善事业的认识,完善慈善事业发展的政策法规,加大扶持力度,努力提升慈善事业发展的规范化水平,促进慈善资源向民族地区流动。

Modern philanthropy focuses on supporting the vulnerable and promoting harmonious social development.The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China recognized the development of public philanthropy as one of the important tasks of improving the distribution system in the new era.Since the reform and opening up,philanthropy in ethnic areas of China has made some progress,but due to factors such as low economic development level,imperfect charity system,and insufficient capacity of charity organizations,it is still in its early stages of development.To change this situation,local governments should further increase their understanding of the development of philanthropy,improve policy regulations for the development of philanthropy,increase support,strive to raise the standardized level of philanthropic development,and promote the flow of charitable resources to ethnic areas.
