妊娠期高血压患者D-二聚体及凝血指标的临床检验探析

Clinical Analysis of D-Dimer and Coagulation Index in Patients with Gestational Hypertension

目的探讨妊娠期高血压患者D-二聚体与凝血指标的临床意义。方法选取天津市宝坻区人民医院2021年1月—6月58例妊娠期高血压患者为观察组,同时选取人数相同的正常孕检孕妇为对照组。对两组进行D-二聚体与凝血指标检测和分析。结果D-二聚体水平指标随着孕妇妊娠周期的增加而上升,妊娠期高血压患者同期D-二聚体水平明显高于正常孕妇(P<0.05)。两组孕妇的部分凝血酶时间、凝血酶原时间以及纤维蛋白原差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对妊娠期高血压病情进行合理有效的评估,可以利用D-二聚体与凝血指标,该评估方案更为科学准确,保障孕妇在胎儿生产前具有更高的安全防护。在针对妊娠期高血压患者治疗时,强化D-二聚体与凝血指标的监测与管理,具有更为突出的参考性价值。

Objective To investigate the clinical value of D-dimer and coagulation index in patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension.Methods A total of 58 patients who received gestational hypertension treatment in Baodi District People's Hospital of Tianjin from January to June 2021 were selected as observation group.Meanwhile,the same number of normal pregnant women were selected as control group.D-dimer and coagulation index were detected and analyzed in the two groups.Results The D-dimer level increased with the increase of pregnancy cycle,and the D-dimer level in patients with gestational hypertension was significantly higher than that in normal pregnant women during the same period(P<0.05).There were significant differences in the thrombin time,prothrombin time andfibrinogen among the two groups of pregnant women(P<0.05).Conclusion D-dimer and coagulation index can be used for reasonable and effective evaluation of gestational hypertension.The evaluation scheme is more scientific and accurate,and can guarantee the pregnant women have higher safety protection before the birth of the fetus.Strengthening the monitoring and management of D-dimer and coagulation index has more prominent reference value in the treatment of patients with gestational hypertension.
