教育信息化视角下OBE理念融入学生职业核心能力培养的研究——以经济管理专业为例

Research on integration of OBE concept into cultivating students'occupational core competence from perspective of educational informatization——Taking economic management as an example

OBE(Outcome Based Education)教育理念与职业核心能力培养之间存在内在的逻辑关系。目前,高职经济管理专业学生在职业核心能力方面存在不足,导致就业竞争力较低的问题。因此,高职院校应以教育信息化为视角,结合学生的学情,积极探索构建基于OBE教育理念的高职经济管理专业学生职业核心能力培养体系,以提升经济管理专业学生的职业素养。

There is an inherent logical relationship between the educational philosophy of OBE(Outcome Based Education)and the cultivation of vocational core competencies.At present,students majoring in economie management in higher vocational colleges have insufficient professional core competencies,leading to low employment competitiveness.Therefore,vocational colleges should take the perspective of educational informatization and actively explore the construction of a vocational core competency training system for students majoring in economic management based on the OBE education concept,in combination with their learning situation,in order to enhance the professional literacy of students majoring in economic management.
