摘要
研究喷气涡流纺工艺(纺纱速度、喷嘴气压和导引针到锥面体入口距离)对不同混纺比亚麻/黏胶混纺纱成纱性能的影响,然后对亚麻/黏胶20/80混纺纱进行纺纱工艺参数单因子试验,通过正交试验得到最佳纺纱工艺为:纺纱速度150 m/min,喷嘴气压0.45 MPa,导引针到锥面体入口距离1 mm。
The effects of jet vortex spinning process(spinning speed,nozzle air pressure and distance from the guide needle to the inlet of the cone)on the yarn forming properties of flax/viscose blends with different blending ratios are studied.The single-factor experiment of spinning process parameters is carried out on flax/viscose(20/80)and the optimal spinning process is obtained through orthogonal experiments as follows:spinning speed is 150 m/min,nozzle air pressure is 0.45 MPa,and the distance from guide needle to cone inlet is 1 mm.
