摘要
利用浆纱设备,采用氧化淀粉、聚乙烯醇、聚丙烯酸酯对纸纱进行表面涂覆整理,研究黏合剂种类及浓度对纸纱断裂强力及耐摩擦性能的影响。结果表明:在黏合剂浓度相同的条件下,相比于氧化淀粉和聚乙烯醇(PVA),聚丙烯酸酯黏合剂对纸纱断裂强力的提升最显著;随着浆液中聚丙烯酸酯浓度的增加,涂敷后纸纱的断裂强力逐渐上升,当质量分数超过6%时,断裂强力增加不明显;相比于原纸纱,聚丙烯酸酯涂敷后纸纱的耐磨性显著提升,同时纸纱的耐水性和湿断裂强力也显著提升。
Surface coating and finishing of paper yarn are carried out on sizing equipment using oxidized starch,polyvinyl alcohol,and polyacrylate,and the effects of the types and concentrations of adhesives on the breaking strength and friction resistance of paper yarn are studied.The results show that compared with oxidized starch and polyvinyl alcohol(PVA),polyacrylate adhesive has the most significant improvement on the breaking strength of paper yarn under the same adhesive concentration.With the increase of the concentration of polyacrylate in slurry,the breaking strength of coated paper yarn gradually increases,but the increase is not significant when the concentration exceeds 6%.Compared with the original paper yarn,the wear resistance of the paper yarn coating with polyacrylate is significantly improved.The water resistance and wet breaking strength of the paper yarn coating with polyacrylate under are also significantly improved.
