碳酸根插层LDHs改性黄麻织物及其阻燃性能

Modification of jute fabric by carbonate ion intercalated layered double hydroxide and its flame-retardancy

摘要 通过焙烧重构法将CO_(3)^(2-)插层的层状镁铝双金属氢氧化物(即CO_(3)^(2-)-LDH)原位高效负载到黄麻织物上进行阻燃整理,并探究其最佳制备工艺。结果表明:CO_(3)^(2-)-LDH中除含有纳米级CO_(3)^(2-)插层的镁铝LDH外,还有部分MgAl2O4杂质,二者以膜状物的形式均匀包覆在黄麻纤维表面。在单因素条件下,黄麻织物上CO_(3)^(2-)-LDH的负载量及对黄麻织物的阻燃效果均与LDO添加量、CO_(3)^(2-)浓度呈正相关。当LDO添加量为0.5 g、CO_(3)^(2-)浓度为0.1 mol/L时,CO_(3)^(2-)-LDH的负载率可达15.7%,其对黄麻织物的阻燃效果可提高53.8%,且具有比商业化磷系阻燃剂——聚磷酸铵更强的阻燃效果。另外,经CO_(3)^(2-)-LDH阻燃改性后,黄麻织物复合材料的耐磨性能有所降低,但拉伸断裂强力和断裂伸长率可分别提高1.6%和41.0%。 The CO_(3)^(2-)intercalated layered Mg-Al bimetallic hydroxide(i.e,CO_(3)^(2-)-LDH)is loaded onto jute fabric for flame retardant finishing by roasting reconstruction method.The optimal fabrication process of the composite is investigated.The results show that in the CO_(3)^(2-)-LDH,there is a part of MgAl2O4 impurity in addition to the nanometer CO_(3)^(2-)intercalated Mg-Al LDH.They are uniformly coated on the surface of jute fiber in the form of membrane.Under single factor conditions,the loading of CO_(3)^(2-)-LDH on jute fabrics and the flame retardant effect are positively correlated with LDO dosage and the concentration of CO_(3)^(2-).When the dosage of LDO is 0.5 g and the concentration of CO_(3)^(2-)is 0.1 mol/L,the loading rate of CO_(3)^(2-)-LDH can reach 15.7%,and its flame retardant effect on jute fabric can be increased by 53.8%.Compared with the commercial phosphorous flame retardant ammonium polyphosphate,CO_(3)^(2-)-LDH shows better flame retardant effect on jute fabrics.In addition,after CO_(3)^(2-)-LDH modification,the wear resistance of jute fabric composite is decreased,but the tensile breaking strength and breaking elongation of the composite can be increased by 1.6%and 41.0%,respectively.
