摘要
人工神经网络是一种具有自主学习能力和信息分析处理能力的系统,擅长分析处理非线性、非结构化、不确定性、多因素等复杂问题。目前在口腔正畸学领域主要应用于头颅侧位片自动定点和分析、儿童生长和发育评估、判断是否拔牙、是否进行正颌手术、前牙开病因分析、面部吸引力评价、正颌手术术后软组织轮廓预测等方面,辅助正畸医师在诊断和临床决策方面更加精确,具有较好的推广和应用前景。
Artificial neural networks possess self-learning and information analysis and processing capabilities,making them proficient analyzing and addressing complex issues that are nonlinear,unstructured,uncertain,multifactorial.In the field of orthodontics,they find applications primarily in automating the localization and analysis of lateral cephalograms,assessing children's growth and development,aiding in decisions related to tooth extraction and orthognathic surgery,conducting etiological analyses of anterior openbite,evaluating facial aesthetics,and predicting soft tissue contours post-orthognathic surgery.The integration of artificial neural networks into orthodontic practice enhances diagnostic accuracy and clinical decision-making,promising a bright future for widespread adoption and application.
