分级管理模式在医院药房管理中的效果及对差错率的影响研究

Study on the Effectiveness of Hierarchical Management Model in Hospital Pharmacy Management and its Impact on Error Rate

目的研究分级管理模式在医院药房管理中的效果以及对差错率的影响。方法选取2020年7月—2023年2月鱼台县人民医院药房工作人员12名作为研究对象,根据随机数表法分为对照组(n=6)、观察组(n=6)。对照组沿用以往管理模式,观察组使用分级管理模式。对比两组处方差错率、处方调配效率、过期药物申请质量、高危药物管理质量以及工作满意度。结果观察组处方差错率为2.50%,低于对照组的8.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组医嘱调配时间、处方审核时间、拿药时间均短于对照组,医嘱调配份数多于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组申报频率、申报数量均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组标识管理、药物提醒、注意事项讲解、医嘱核实评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组服务性主动性、注意事项交代以及处方审核评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医院药房管理中采用分级管理模式可降低处方差错率,提升处方调配效率,对于过期药品的管理质量明显提升,工作整体满意度高,具有较高的应用价值。

Objective To study the effect of hierarchical management model in hospital pharmacy management and its impact on error rate.Methods 12 pharmacy staff of Yutai County People's Hospital from July 2020 to February 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into control group(n=6)and observation group(n=6)according to random number table method.The control group used the previous management mode,and the observation group used the hierarchical management mode.Prescription error rate,prescription dispensing efficiency,application quality of expired drugs,management quality of high-risk drugs and job satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The prescription error rate in the observation group was 2.50%,which was lower than 8.50%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of medical order dispensing,prescription review and prescription taking in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the number of medical order dispensing was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The frequency and quantity of declaration in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of label management,drug reminder,note explanation and doctor's order verification in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of service initiative,notes replacement and prescription review in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of hierarchical management model in hospital pharmacy management can reduce the prescription error rate,improve the efficiency of prescription dispensing,significantly improve the quality of management of expired drugs,and the overall satisfaction of the work is high,which has a high application value and is worth promoting.
