病案管理展开精细化管理模式的效果探析

Exploration of the Effect of Refined Management Model in Case Management

目的本研究旨在综合分析病案管理展开精细化管理模式的效果。方法选择郧西县人民医院2020年8月—2021年8月期间实施常规病案管理的病案230份及12名管理人员作为对照组,选择2021年10月—2022年10月期间实施精细化管理模式的病案230份以及12名管理人员为观察组,管理人员为同一批。比较两组的病案管理效果(编码正确率、归档正确率、3日回收率、首页合格率)以及管理不良情况(病案资料内容错误、病案资料破损、病案资料缺页);比较两组管理人员的专业技能考核情况(实际操作、理论知识)。结果观察组的编码正确率、归档正确率、3日回收率、首页合格率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的病案资料内容错误、病案资料破损、病案资料缺页发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组管理人员的专业技能考核评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在医院病案管理中,采用精细化管理模式,有利于提高病案管理效率与水平,有利于提高管理人员的业务水平。有利于提高整体病案管理质量。

Objective This study aims to comprehensively analyze the effect of developing a refined management model for case management.Methods 230 cases implementing conventional case management as well as 12 managers in Yunxi County People's Hospital during the period of August 2020 to August 2021 were selected as the control group of research subjects.230 cases and 12 managers who implemented the refined management model during the period of October 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the subjects of the observation group,and the managers for the same batch.Compare the effectiveness of case management(correct coding rate,correct filing rate,3-day recovery rate,first page pass rate)and poor management(wrong content of case information,damaged case information,missing pages of case information)between the two groups.Comparison of professional skills assessment(practical operation,theoretical knowledge)of the managers of the two groups.Results The correct coding rate,correct filing rate,3-day recovery rate,and first page pass rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of case data content errors,case data breakage,and missing pages of case data in the observation group were lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The professional skills assessment scores of the managers in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In hospital case management,the use of refined management model is conducive to improving the efficiency and level of case management,improve the business level of managers,which is conducive to improving the overall quality of case management.
