分析在妇科急腹症住院医师培训中应用情景模拟教学的效果

摘要 目的探讨在妇科急腹症住院医师培训中应用情景模拟教学的效果。方法将2022年1—12月在粤北人民医院妇科进行住院医师培训的50名住院医师作为研究对象,根据不同教学方法进行分组,每组25名,对照组使用常规教学方法,观察组应用情景模拟教学,对比两组的考核成绩[操作技能直接观察评估表(Direct Observation of Procedural Skills,DOPS)、迷你临床演练评估(Mini-Clinical Evaluation Exercis,Mini-cex)]、教学满意度。结果观察组在操作前准备、操作能力、无菌观念、操作后处理、和患者交流、适应证及禁忌证掌握、人文关怀、总体表现以及DOPS总分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组医疗问诊、沟通技能、体格检查、临床判断、人道主义、组织效能、整体表现以及Mini-cex总分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组各项教学满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在妇科急腹症住院医师培训中应用情景模拟教学的效果显著,能有效提高住院医师的临床操作及临床诊疗能力,提升教学满意度。 Objective To explore the effect of application of scenario simulation teaching in gynecology acute abdominalgia resident training.Methods 50 residents who underwent residency training in the Department of Gynecology of Yuebei People's Hospital from January to December 2022 were taken as study subjects and grouped according to different teaching methods,with 25 people in each group.The control group used conventional teaching methods,and the observation group applied scenario simulation teaching.The assessment scores[Direct Observation of Procedural Skills(DOPS),Mini-Clinical Evaluation Exercise(Mini-cex)],and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The observation group had higher scores than the control group in preoperative preparation,operative skills,aseptic concepts,postoperative handling,communication with patients,mastery of indications and contraindications,humanistic care,overall performance,and the total score of DOPS,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Medical questioning,communication skills,physical examination,clinical judgment,humanitarianism,organizational effectiveness,overall performance,and Mini-cex total score were higher in the observation group than in the control groupDOPS,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of all teaching in the observation group was higher than that of the control groupDOPS,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of scenario simulation teaching in gynecology acute abdominalgia residency training has significant effect,which can effectively improve the clinical operation and clinical diagnosis and treatment ability of residents,and enhance the satisfaction of teaching.
