Strengthening Hospital Emergency Logistics Support Management for Public Health Emergencies

后勤部门是医院临床救治重要保障性部门,后勤部门是否能高效、准确、及时提供保障性服务直接关乎医院在突发公共卫生事件的应对能力。因此医院在突发公共卫生事件后勤保障方面需加强管理。

The logistics department is an important support department for hospital clinical treatment,and whether the logistics department can provide support services efficiently,accurately and timely is directly related to the hospital's response ability in public health emergencies.Therefore,hospital need to strengthen management in the later stage of emergency public health events.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the logistics support of hospitals to deal with public health emergencies,and puts forward the improvement strategies.
