护理保护管理模式对护士的影响研究

Study on the Impact of Nursing Protection Management Model on Nurses

目的分析临床护士护理保护管理模式在护理管理中的应用效果。方法选取2021年1月—2022年12月衡阳市中医医院肺病科、职业病科、门诊部工作的护理人员40名,按照随机数表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组20名,分别进行常规护理管理和护理保护管理,对比两组护理人员心理状态、护理质量、实践能力、理论考核评分及护理管理满意度。结果两组护理人员干预前负面情绪指标(愤怒、紧张、抑郁、疲劳、慌乱)和正面情绪指标(与自我有关的情绪、精力)评分,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组干预后负面情绪指标评分比对照组低,正面情绪指标评分比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组实践能力、理论知识考核评分均比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组护理满意度、护理投诉发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在护理管理中开展临床护士护理保护管理模式,可有效改善护理人员心理状态,提高护理人员护理技能,为患者提供有质量的护理服务,且护理人员对管理满意度更高。

Objective To analyze the application effect of clinical nurses'nursing protection management model in nursing management.Methods A total of 40 nursing staff working in the Department of Pulmonary Disease,Department of Occupational Diseases and Outpatient Department of Hengyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 20 cases in each group,and routine nursing management and nursing protection management were carried out respectively.The psychological state,nursing quality,practical ability,theoretical assessment scores and nursing management satisfaction of the two groups of nurses were compared.Results Negative sentiment indicators before nursing intervention,the two groups(anger,tension,depression,fatigue,panic)and positive emotions(related to emotional,energy)and self rating,there were no statistically significant differences(P>0.05);Observation group after the intervention of negative sentiment index score lower than the control group,positive emotions index score higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);The scores of practical ability and theoretical knowledge assessment in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in nursing satisfaction and incidence of nursing complaints between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Carrying out the clinical nurses'nursing protection management model in nursing management can effectively improve the psychological state of nursing staff,improve the nursing skills of nursing staff,provide patients with quality nursing services,and nursing staff are more satisfied with the management,which is worthy of extensive promotion and application.
