随着智慧医疗、智慧服务、智慧管理三位一体智慧医院概念逐渐深入人心,诸多医院顺应变化,开始由传统信息化向更为先进的智慧化进行转型升级。对于医院的财务部门来说,需要不断革新,加强财务管理水平的提升,而重点在于建设智慧财务。本文立足于烟台业达医院的财务现状,归纳了烟台业达医院智慧财务的建设路径,总结了烟台业达医院智慧财务的建设要点,以期为其他大型公立医院智慧财务建设提供借鉴。

With the gradual deepening of the concept of the three-in-one wisdom hospital of wisdom medical treatment,wisdom service and wisdom management,many hospitals adapt to changes,and begin to transform and upgrade from traditional informatization to more advanced wisdom.For the hospital financial sector,we need to constantly innovate and strengthen the level of financial management,and focus on building intelligent finance.Based on the financial status of Yantai Yeda Hospital,this paper summarizes the construction path of intelligent finance of Yantai Yeda Hospital,and summarizes the construction points of intelligent finance of Yantai Yeda Hospital,so as to provide reference for the construction of intelligent finance of other large public hospitals.
