在全球化的趋势推动下,医疗领域正逐渐体验到信息管理互联互通的价值。国外许多医疗机构已经受益于此,其中最前沿的医疗技术和研究成果迅速流转,显著提高了医疗服务的质量和效率。然而在我国,虽然一些发达城市已经初步体验到这种便利,但全国范围内的医疗信息互联互通仍然处于起步阶段。除了技术和设备的局限性,我国还面临着医疗资源分布的不均等问题。随着医疗科技的深入,我们有了新的机遇,但同时也遇到了众多挑战。本文将探讨我国当前医院信息管理中的问题,包括信息孤岛和系统不互通、信息安全和隐私问题、医院信息化水平不均等问题,并提出基于互联互通的实际应用策略,旨在推进我国医疗信息管理的进一步发展。

Driven by the trend of globalization,the medical field is gradually experiencing the value of information management connectivity.Many foreign medical institutions have benefited from this,among which the most cuttingedge medical technology and research results have been rapidly transferred,significantly improving the quality and efficiency of medical services.However,in China,although some developed cities have initially experienced this convenience,the nationwide medical information interconnection is still in its infancy.In addition to the limitations of technology and equipment,China is also faced with the unequal distribution of medical resources.With the deepening of medical technology,we have new opportunities,but also meet many challenges.This paper will discuss the current problems in hospital information management in China,including information silos and system non-communication,information security and privacy issues,and the unequal level of hospital information technology,and put forward practical application strategies based on interconnection,aiming at promoting the further development of medical information management in China.
