概化理论在医学生多站迷你面试中的应用研究

摘要 目的探索科学客观地评价医学生“预科”与“基础”衔接的考核方法。方法本次研究运用多元概化理论,对北京协和医学院临床医学八年制学生在完成预科学习后,进入基础学习前的多站迷你面试(multistation mini interview,MMI)成绩进行了深入分析。结果本次MMI的总体相对概化系数达到了0.95,绝对概化系数为0.92,表明本次考核的信度较高。进一步分析发现,当考试站数增加到6站时,相对概化系数提高至0.96,说明随着考试站数的增加,考核的信度也在提高。结论本次MMI考试具有较高的信度,多元概化理论能够科学地评估医学生的MMI考核结果。 Objective To explore a scientific and objective assessment method for evaluating the articulation of"matriculation"and"foundation"of medical students.Methods In this study,we used the multiple generalization theory to analyze the results of the multi-station mini interview(MMI)of the eight-year clinical medical students of Peking Union Medical College(PUMC)after completing their matriculation studies,and before they entered the basic studies.Redults The overall relative generalization coefficient of this MMI reached 0.95,and the absolute generalization coefficient was 0.92,indicating that the reliability of this examination was high.Further analysis revealed that the relative generalization coefficient increased to 0.96 when the number of examination stations was increased to 6,indicating that the reliability of the assessment increased with the increase in the number of examination stations.Conclusion This MMI examination has high reliability,and the multiple generalization theory can scientifically assess the results of MMI examination for medical students.
