问题式学习联合启发式临床医学教学模式在心内科临床教学中的应用研究

摘要 目的分析问题式学习(problem basedlearning,PBL)联合启发式临床医学教学(problem originated clinical medical curriculum,PCMC)模式在心内科临床教学中的应用效果。方法选取2022年6月—2023年5月期间于单县东大医院心内科实习的62名临床实习生作为研究对象,2022年6—11月实习的31名实习生作为对照组,2022年12月—2023年5月实习的31名实习生作为研究组。对照组采取常规临床教学模式,研究组在此基础上应用PBL与PCMC模式。针对两组实习生的教学成绩、批判性思维能力测量表-中文版评分及教学满意度进行比较。结果研究组理论知识问卷、实践操作考核评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。教学后,研究组批判性思维能力测量表-中文版评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组教学满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PBL联合PCMC教学模式在心内科临床教学中具有较为理想的应用效果。 Objective To analyze the application effect of problem-based learning(PBL)combined with problem originated clinical medical curriculum(PCMC)teaching model in the clinical teaching of cardiology.Methods 62 clinical interns who practiced in the Department of Cardiology of Dongda Hospital of Shanxian County from June 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into two groups,namely 31 interns who practiced from June to November 2022 were selected as the control group.31 interns from December 2022 to May 2023 will serve as the research group.The control group adopted the conventional clinical teaching mode,and the study group applied PBL and PCMC mode on this basis.The two groups of interns were compared in terms of their teaching performance,critical thinking ability rating and teaching satisfaction.Results The scores of theoretical knowledge questionnaire and practice test in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After teaching,the score of the Chinese version of the critical thinking ability scale in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion PBL combined with PCMC teaching mode has a more ideal application effect in the clinical teaching of cardiology.
