普外科教学中实施医学教学课堂与思政教育一体化教学模式的应用效果分析

摘要 目的分析将医学教学课堂与思政教育一体化教学模式应用于普外科教学中的效果。方法选取佳木斯大学附属第一医院108名2022级临床专业学生作为研究对象,按自然班作为分组依据,将学生分成对照组(n=54)与观察组(n=54),对照组学生思政教育工作安排专门的思政课进行学习。观察组学生采用课程思政下的外科学综合教育模式。对比两组学生思政素养评分、专业知识考核得分以及教学满意度。结果教学前,两组学生思政素养评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);教学后,观察组学生政治认同、家国情怀、道德修养、文化素养、法治意识、职业情操评分均较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组学生理论知识与专业技能评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组学生教学满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在普外科教学中应用医学教学课堂与思政教育一体化教学模式有助于提高学生的思政素养及专业知识和技能,提高学生对教学的认可度与满意度。 Objective To analyze the effect of applying the integrated teaching mode of medical teaching classroom and ideological and political education to general surgery teaching.Methods A total of 108 clinical students of grade 2022 from the First Affiliated Hospital of Jiamusi University were divided into control group(n=54)and observation group(n=54).The ideological and political education work of the control group students was arranged to learn special ideological and political lessons.The students in the observation group adopted and adopted the comprehensive education mode of surgery under the curriculum ideological and political education.After the completion of the stage of teaching,the scores of ideological and political accomplishment,professional knowledge assessment and teaching satisfaction of the two groups of students were compared.Results There was no statistically significant difference in scores of ideological and political accomplishment between the two groups before teaching(P>0.05).After teaching,the scores of political identity,family feelings,moral accomplishment,cultural accomplishment,legal sense and professional sentiment of students in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of theoretical knowledge and professional skills of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of students in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the integrated teaching mode of medical teaching classroom and ideological and political education in the teaching of general surgery is helpful to improve students'ideological and political accomplishment,professional knowledge and skills,and improve students'recognition and satisfaction of teaching.
