摘要
目的分析眼科教学中以案例教学为导向情景教学模式的价值。方法选取2022年4月—2023年4月深圳市龙华区人民医院中的46名眼科实习生为研究对象,以随机数表法分为情景组、参考组,每组23名。情景组行以案例教学为导向的情境教学,参考组行常规教学,对比两组教学成绩评分、个人技能评分、教学评估优良率、教学满意率。结果教学前,两组眼科理论知识以及眼科实践技能考核成绩比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);教学后,情景组眼科理论知识以及眼科实践技能考核成绩高于参考组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。情景组个人技能的各项评分、教学评估的优良率、教学满意率均高于参考组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以案例为导向情景教学模式能提高各眼科实习生个人技能,保持较高考核成绩,还能维持高教学满意度,提升教学优良率。
Objective To analyze the value of scenario-oriented teaching model in ophthalmology teaching.Methods 46 interns of ophthalmology in Longhua District People's Hospital of Shenzhen City from April 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into scenario group and reference group by random number table method,with 23 in each group.The situation group was given situational teaching guided by case teaching,and the reference group was given conventional teaching.The two groups were compared in terms of teaching achievement score,personal skill score,excellent rate of teaching evaluation and teaching satisfaction rate.Results Before teaching,there were no statistically significant differences between the two groups in the examination of theoretical knowledge and practical skills of ophthalmology(P>0.05).After teaching,the test scores of theoretical knowledge and practical skills of ophthalmology in the scenario group were higher than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of personal skills,the excellent and good rate of teaching evaluation and the teaching satisfaction rate of the scenario group were higher than those of the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The case-oriented situational teaching model can improve the personal skills of ophthalmology interns,maintain high assessment scores,maintain high teaching satisfaction,and improve the teaching excellence rate.
