摘要
目的探讨ADDIE教学模式在皮肤病学教学中的教学效果。方法选取2022年3月—2023年7月北华大学来吉林市化工医院实习的40名临床医学专业学生为教学对象。将2022年3—7月来实习的学生纳入对照组,2023年3—7月来实习的学生纳入观察组,每组20名。对照组采取常规方法授课,观察组采取ADDIE教学模式进行教学。教学后,从课堂教学效果、学生对教师的授课能力、学生皮肤病学整体学习满意度等方面进行评分,比较教学效果。结果在课堂教学效果评分方面,观察组上课的情趣性与生动性、对课堂知识的理解运用、与同学和教师的交流学习、课堂学习氛围评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组教学满意率为100.00%,高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论ADDIE教学模式,有效提高了皮肤病学的教学效果。
Objective To explore the teaching effect of ADDIE teaching model in the teaching of dermatology.Methods 40 clinical medical students from Beihua University who came to Jilin Chemical Industry Hospital for internship from March 2022 to July 2023 were selected as the teaching objects.Students who came to practice from March to July 2022 were included in the control group,and students who came to practice from March to July 2023 were included in the observation group,with 20 cases in each group.Control group adopts the method of conventional teaching,observation group take ADDIE teaching mode in teaching.After teaching,the teaching effect,students'teaching ability and students'overall learning satisfaction of dermatology were scored to compare the teaching effect.Results In terms of classroom teaching effect scores,the observation group's interest and vividness in class,understanding and application of classroom knowledge,communication and learning with classmates and teachers,and classroom learning atmosphere scores were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction rate of the observation group was 100.00%,which was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion ADDIE teaching model,effectively improves the teaching effect of dermatology.
