基于岗课赛证融通探讨中职药理学教学改革策略

Discussion on the Teaching Reform Strategy of Pharmacology in Secondary Vocational Education Based on the Integration of Post Course Competition and Certificate

目的基于岗课赛证融通探讨中职药理学教学改革策略。方法选取2021年1月—2022年12月山东医药技师学院制药工程学院40名学生纳入本研究,2021年1—12月,实施常规教学(视为对照组);2022年1—12月,实施基于岗课赛证融通的教学模式(视为观察组),每组20名。对比两组职业能力考核评分恒和教学满意度。结果和对照组相比,观察组的职业能力考核评分更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组教学满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于岗课赛证融通用于中职药理学教学的改革中,能够显著提高教学满意度和教学效果。

Objective To explore the teaching reform strategy of pharmacology in secondary vocational school based on the integration of job,course,competition and certification.Methods From January 2021 to December 2022,40 students in the School of Pharmaceutical Engineering of Shandong University of Medical Technicians were selected and included in this study.From January to December 2021,conventional teaching was implemented(regarded as the control group);From January to December 2022,the teaching model based on the integration of posts,courses,competitions and certificates was implemented(regarded as the observation group),with 20 cases in each group.Compared to two group of vocational ability examination score constant and teaching satisfaction.Results Compared with the control group,the occupational ability assessment score of the observation group was higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Based on the integration of post course competition and certificate for the reform of pharmacology teaching in secondary vocational education,it can significantly improve the teaching satisfaction and teaching effect,and is worth researching and popularizing.
