2017—2022年济南市历城区其他感染性腹泻病流行特征分析

Analysis of the Epidemiological Characteristics of Other Infectious Diarrheal Diseases in Licheng District,Jinan City from 2017 to 2022

目的通过对济南市历城区其他感染性腹泻病流行特征进行综合分析,找出其他感染性腹泻病公共预防的有效策略。方法通过调研收集2017—2022年期间济南市历城区其他感染性腹泻病患者1034份病历资料,完成对于流行病学的分析。结果在2017—2022年期间济南市历城区统计的其他感染性腹泻的患者有1034例,统计数据后发现,其他感染性腹泻的发病率在20.35/100000~28.61/100000,其中男性其他感染性腹泻的平均发病率为21.34/100000,女性其他感染性腹泻的平均发病率为26.81/100000。其中关于0~4岁的儿童发病比例占所有其他感染性腹泻患者比例的20.98%,其次≥45岁群体患病比例明显上升。成年人群中25~29岁其他感染性腹泻疾病的发病例数相较于其他年龄段的患者例数最少。发病的高峰期在每年的6~9月。结论其他感染性腹泻的患者人群中,0~4岁以内的儿童是重点高发群体。

Objective To find out effective strategies for public prevention of other infectious diarrheal diseases by comprehensively analyzing the epidemiological characteristics of other infectious diarrheal diseases in Licheng District,Jinan City.Methods 1034 cases of other infectious diarrheal diseases patients'medical records were collected from Jinan Licheng District from 2017 to 2022 through research,and the analysis of epidemiology was completed.Results Through research and study,it was found that there were 1034 cases of patients with other infectious diarrheal diseases counted in Licheng District,Jinan City during the period from 2017 to 2022.After the statistical data,it was found that the incidence rate of other infectious diarrhea ranged from 20.35/100000 to 28.61/100000,in which the average incidence rate of other infectious diarrhea in males was 21.34/100000,and the average incidence rate of other infectious diarrhea in females was 26.81/100000.The incidence rate regarding children aged 0~4 years accounted for 20.98%of all patients with other infectious diarrhea.This was followed by a significant increase in the proportion of cases in the group≥45 years of age.The number of cases of other infectious diarrheal diseases in the adult population was lowest in the age group 25-29 years compared to the other age groups.The peak period of incidence was June to September of each year.Conclusion Children within the age group of 0~4 years are the priority group of patients with other infectious diarrheal diseases.
