The Historical Experience and Enlightenment of the Employment Policies by the CPC Since the 18th National Congress

就业政策牵系国计民生,是中国共产党执政为民、推进治理体系和治理能力现代化的重要组成内容。党始终秉承着以人民为中心的发展理念,一以贯之地坚持并加强对就业工作的领导,踏实践行为人民谋就业的使命责任。党的十八大以来,党围绕扩大就业、稳定就业和促成高质量充分就业的重心不断完善就业政策,形成了以鼓励创业带动就业拉动就业增长、以保障重点群体就业推动就业优先、以发展产业促进就业扩大就业需求、以保量提质优化就业促进就业发展的历史经验,为开拓新时代就业发展之路指明了方向。

Employment policies are closely linked to national development and people’s livelihoods.They constitute an important component of the CPC’s governance modernization and enhancement of governance capacity.The Party has consistently adhered to the development concept centered on the people,persistently strengthened its leadership in employment,and firmly fulfilled its mission and responsibility of providing employment for the people.Since the 18th National Congress,the Party has continuously improved employment policies with a focus on expanding employment,stabilizing employment,and promoting high-quality and full employment.This has resulted in the historical experience of encouraging entrepreneurship to drive employment and stimulate employment growth,prioritizing employment for key groups,promoting employment through industrial development to increase employment demand,and optimizing employment by maintaining quantity and improving quality.These historical experiences are of referential significance for forging a path of employment development in the new era.
