摘要
为解决水工程遗产传承、保护和利用人才缺失的问题,论证水工程遗产拔尖创新人才培养的必要性和可行性。新工科应用型水工程遗产保护拔尖创新人才培养需要建立明确的目标机制,依托协同创新中心,构建产业链、技术链、人才链、文化链“四链”融合的协同创新机制体制,形成政、产、学、研、用的五位一体拔尖创新人才培养模式,为解决水工程遗产保护人才供给与需求的结构性和适用性矛盾提供了新的途径和思路。
To address talent shortage in inheritance,protection and utilization of water engineering heritage,the necessity and feasibility of training top-notch innovative talents in water engineering heritage were demonstrated.It is pointed out that a clear target mechanism should be established for the training of top applied and innovative talents for water engineering heritage protection by new engineering discipline relying on the collaborative innovation center.It is necessary to set up the “Four-chain” cooperative innovation mechanism integrating industry chain,technology chain,talent chain and culture chain,and develop a top-notch innovative talents training model combined with government,industry,university,research and application.It provides a new way to solve the structural and applicable problems between supply and demand of talents for water engineering heritage protection.
