安吉“两山”水利主题公园建设助力“两山”理念生态价值转换研究

On Ecological Value Conversion of “Two Mountains” Philosophy by Constructing of Anji “Two Mountains” Water Conservancy Theme Park

在“两山”理念提出后,水利风景区依然面临着“绿水青山”难换“金山银山”的问题。安吉赋石水库公园以“两山”理念为依托,在安吉天赋旅游水利风景区的基础上,通过水科普展示区、水科普体验区、水科普教育区、水科普治理示范区、水美经济区建设,依次从探水、乐水、知水、识水、惠水五个方面探索水利主题公园建设发展路径,以期打造“以绿为基、以水为依、以石为承、以山为脉”为特色,集“两山生态文明建设、赋石水利文化传承、新时代村镇经济活化”于一体的安吉两山水利主题公园。

After the “Two Mountains” Philosophy was proposed,water conservancy scenic areas are still facing the fact that it is difficult to exchange “lucid water and lush mountains” for assets.With the “Two Mountains” Philosophy as the background,on the basis of Anji Tianfu Water Conservancy Scenic Area,the development path of water theme park as the case of Fushi Reservoir Park is explored from 5 aspects as exploring water,enjoying water,knowing water,understanding water,and benefiting water through the construction of water science exhibition area,water science experience area,water science education area,water science management area and water beauty economic area,so as to create the Anji Water Conservancy Theme Park that integrates the construction of ecological civilization,the inheritance of water conservancy culture and the economic activation of villages in the new era,with “green ecology as the base,lucid water as the foundation,rare stones as the support and mountains as the vein”.
