磴口黄河特大桥T构0^(#)块施工技术分析

摘要 以磴口黄河特大桥工程为例探析了大型跨河T构桥梁工程0^(#)块的施工技术。该工程桥下环境复杂,为减少高空作业,于地面拼装模板主体,采用整体吊装的方式制作0^(#)块模板,同时利用大型天吊(悬臂吊)由地面将混凝土材料运输到0^(#)块,并通过下料管下料缓解混凝土浇筑的高度落差问题。通过以上施工,能够有效保障跨河特大桥0^(#)块的施工安全和施工质量,施工效果显著,可供同类工程参考借鉴。 In order to explore the construction technology of T-structure in the 0~# block of large-scale trans-river bridge project,the project of Dengkou Yellow River Bridge is taken as a case.Due to the complex environment under the bridge,the main body of the formwork is assembled on the ground to reduce the work at altitude and the 0~# block template is made by whole hoisting.At the same time,a large overhead crane(cantilever crane) is used to transport concrete materials from the ground to the 0~# block,and the problem of height drop of concrete pouring is alleviated through the feeding pipe.By using the above construction,it can effectively guarantee the construction safety and quality of the 0~# block of the large-scale trans-river bridge.The construction effect is remarkable,which can be used as a reference for similar projects.
