基于云物元模型的建筑业高质量发展评价研究

摘要 为探究影响建筑业高质量发展的因素,推进我国建筑业高质量发展进程。文章基于文献研究法识别并确定了27个建筑业高质量发展影响因素,采用云物元评价方法确定建筑业高质量发展评价等级;并以2022年河北省建筑业发展数据为例,进行实例研究,判定其建筑业高质量发展水平。文章所构建的评价体系与云物元模型能够衡量建筑业高质量发展等级,具有一定的科学性、准确性。通过构建基于云物元模型的建筑业高质量发展评价方法,更好地指导我国建筑业高质量发展。 To explore the factors that affect the high-quality development of the construction industry and promote the process of high-quality development in China's construction industry.This study identifies and identifies 27 factors that affect the high-quality development of the construction industry based on literature research,and uses the cloud matter element evaluation method to determine the evaluation level of the high-quality development of the construction industry;Taking the development data of the construction industry in Hebei Province in 2022 as an example,a case study is conducted to determine the high-quality development level of the construction industry.The evaluation system and cloud element model constructed in this study can measure the level of highquality development of the construction industry,and have a certain degree of scientificity and accuracy.By constructing an evaluation method for the high-quality development of the construction industry based on cloud element models,this study can better guide the high-quality development of China's construction industry.
