摘要
文章以浙江省建筑设计研究院工程总承包发展路径为例,回顾大院发展历程与转型选择经过,从理念变革和优势集聚的视角总结发展经验,分享之江文化中心、中国国家版本馆杭州分馆两个项目实践心得,并凝练形成组织管理一体化、设计施工协同化、造价管理全程化、风险防范有效化的有效模式。
Taking the development path of Engineering Procurement Construction at Zhejiang Province Institute of Architectural Design and Research as an example,this article reviews the development process and transformation selection process of the institute,summarizes the development experience from the perspective of conceptual change and advantage agglomeration,shares the practical experience of the two projects of Zhijiang Cultural Center and China National Archives of Publications and Gulture Hangzhou Branch,and achieves the formation of an effective model for organizational management integration,design and construction coordination,and cost management full process,as well as efficient risk prevention and control.
