Research on the Risk Management of Engineering Projects in the New Era

目前,在经历了之前不可控因素的影响后,我国经济已经逐步迈入稳步发展的新时期。但与此同时,各行各业也都出现了前所未见的困难挑战。作为国民经济的重要支柱,建筑行业在原有风险的基础上,也出现了一些新的风险。在工程领域,工程项目一般会经历四个关键步骤:立项决策、勘察设计、建筑施工、竣工验收并支付。然而,前所未有的窘境给这些阶段带来了各种程度的困难并出现了以往未曾遇到的全新风险,因此需要采取创新的风险应对措施。文章以经济重新发展的新时代为背景,详细分析了建设项目可能面临的新型风险,并提出相应的风险管理措施,保证建筑工程能够顺利完成,推动建筑行业持续发展。

At present,China's economy has entered a new era of steady developmentafter experiencing the influence of uncontrollable factors.However,some industries are facing unprecedented challenges.As a major pillar of the national economy,the construction industry is facing new risks.An engineering project typicallvincludes four key links:project decision-making;survey and design;construction;completion acceptance and payment.Unprecedented challenges have brought new difficulties and risks to these links.Therefore,it is necessary to take innovative measures to address risks.In the new era of economic redevelopment,this paper analyzes the new risks that may arise in construction projects and proposes corresponding risk management measures,so as to ensure the successful completion of construction projects and promote the sustainable development of the construction industry.
