随着城市化进程的不断加快,许多城市的老旧社区正面临着改建和保护的双重挑战。尤其是陇南市武都区的老旧社区,它们不仅作为城市历史文化的重要载体,其保护和活化利用也对城市的发展起到了关键性的作用。因此,本研究聚焦于研究陇南市武都区老旧社区的原生态保护和活态开发策略,旨在为城市更新提供具有实践意义的参考。

With the continuous acceleration of urbanization,many old communities in cities are facing dual challenges of renovation and protection.Especially the old communities in Wudu District,Longnan City,not only serve as important carriers of urban history and culture,but their protection and revitalization also play a crucial role in the development of the city.Therefore,this study explores the original ecological protection and sustainable development strategies of old communities in Wudu District,Longnan City,aiming to provide practical guidance for urban renewal.
