我国经济内循环发展研究述评

A Review of the Research on the Developmentof Internal Circulation in China’s Economy

以经济内循环为主体的新发展格局是党中央根据当前我国的国情而作出的重大战略部署。学术界针对经济内循环的内涵、提出背景、意义价值、困境、实践路径等方面进行了深入研究。但研究过程中存在未能厘清经济内外循环关系、研究领域不平衡、研究内容程度不深的问题。因此,应明确经济内外循环之间的关系,将研究范围拓展到农业领域,同时在研究内容上深入教育、社会保障层面,才能加快推动和构建新发展格局。

The new development paradigm with economic internal circulation as the main body is a major strategic deployment made by the Central Committee of Communist Party of China in accordance with the current national conditions of China.The academic community has conducted in-depth research on the connotation,background,significance value,dilemma and practical path of economic internal circulation.However,in the research process,there are problems such as the failure to clarify the relationship between internal and external economic circulation,and imbalance in the research field,the depth of research content.Only by expanding the scope of research to the field of agriculture,deepening the research content to the level of education and social security,and clarifying the relationship between internal and external economic circulation,can we promote the construction of a new development pattern.
