基于博弈论的高校教务管理质量影响因素分析

An Analysis of Influencing Factors on the Quality of Academic AffairsManagement in Colleges and Universities Based on Game Theory

基于博弈论的思想和方法,构建并分析高校教务管理人员之间、教务管理人员与教务管理监督者之间的博弈模型,针对教务管理人员教务质量管理选择的影响因素、学校质量监督者监督策略选择的影响因素、教务管理质量监督的有效性等方面,探讨各方行为策略、动因及对策,期望研究结果对提升我国高校教务管理质量有一定的指导意义。

Based on the ideas and methods of game theory,the authors construct and analyze the game model between academic administrators and universities,between academic administrators and management supervisors.We also discuss the behavioral strategies,motivations and countermeasures according to the influencing factors of academic affairs management quality choices of academic affairs administrators,the influencing factors of the supervision strategy selection of school quality supervisors,and the effectiveness of academic affairs management quality supervision,and hope that the research results will have guiding signi-ficance for improving the quality of academic affairs management in Chinese universities.
