摘要
基于交通波理论研究各相位社会车辆(HDV)到达交叉口的时空特性,通过调整信号配时赋予网联应急车辆(CHDEV)时间路权,使应急车辆不停车、不减速地以最大限速匀速通过交叉口.在应急车辆不存在延误的前提下,单点交叉口根据应急车辆到达情况不同采取不同优先控制策略,以交叉口各相位社会车辆总延误最小为目标,以各相位最小绿灯时间为约束,建立了不同策略下的单点交叉口信号优先控制模型.以武汉市雄楚大道-佳园路交叉口为例,利用Lingo求解出应急车辆优先策略信号调整方案.
Based on the traffic wave theory,the temporal and spatial characteristics of social vehicles(HDV)arriving at intersections in different phases were studied.By adjusting the signal timing,the network-connected emergency vehicle(CHDEV)was given the right of way,so that the emergency vehicle could pass through the intersection at the maximum speed limit without stopping or slowing down.On the premise that there was no delay of emergency vehicles,different priority control strategies were adopted at single intersection according to the arrival of emergency vehicles.Taking the minimum total delay of vehicles in each phase of intersection as the goal and the minimum green time in each phase as the constraint,the signal priority control model of single intersection under different strategies was established.Finally,taking the intersection of Xiongchu Avenue and Jiayuan Road in Wuhan as an example,Lingo was used to solve the signal adjustment scheme of emergency vehicle priority strategy.
