摘要
在室内建造装配式基层结构缩尺模型,进行静力加载试验,研究装配式基层在不同荷载等级、不同加载位置作用时的受力特性.利用Abaqus对装配式基层进行模拟计算,将有限元计算结果与试验结果进行对比分析,研究预制板块弹性模量、厚度,以及土基弹性模量对基层力学行为的影响.结果表明:在进行装配式基层结构设计时,应尽可能使车辆荷载同时作用于多块预制板上;装配式基层板底最大拉应变随着荷载的增大呈线性增大,应严格限制重载情况;预制板块厚度对板底最大拉应变和荷载弯沉的影响大于预制板块弹性模量与土基弹性模量的影响.
A scale model of the assembled base structure was built indoors,and the static loading test was carried out to study the mechanical characteristics of the assembled base under different load levels and different loading positions.ABAQUS was used to simulate the assembled base,and the finite element calculation results were compared with the experimental results,so as to study the influence of the elastic modulus of precast slab,thickness and elastic modulus of soil foundation on the mechanical behavior of the base.The results show that when designing the assembled base structure,the vehicle load should act on multiple precast slabs as much as possible.The maximum tensile strain at the bottom of assembled base slab increases linearly with the increase of load,so the heavy load should be strictly limited.The influence of precast slab thickness on the maximum tensile strain and load deflection of slab bottom is greater than that of precast slab elastic modulus and soil foundation elastic modulus.
