摘要
精油(Essential oil,EO)是通过各种萃取技术,从植物的根、茎、果实等部位提取出的具有芳香气味的挥发油。在国外,人们对精油的使用可追溯到史前希腊,而中国应用精油的历史可追溯到6000多年前远古时期。目前,精油被证实具有抗菌、消炎、抗病毒等多种生物活性,广泛应用于食品、化妆品、药品等领域。由于精油安全性高、刺激性低,常被用于按摩、沐浴等经皮给药,不仅具有良好的渗透作用,同时具有良好的促渗作用。但精油的挥发性强及皮肤角质层天然的屏障作用限制了精油的渗透及疗效。通过研究文献,综述了精油及其成分的透皮性和促透性,为其进一步开发应用提供参考。
Essential oils are aromatic volatile oils that were extracted from different parts of plants,such as roots,stems,and fruits,using various techniques.In foreign countries,the use of essential oils can be traced back to prehistoric Greece,while the history of the application of essential oils in China can be traced back to the ancient times more than 6000 years ago.At present,essential oils have been proved to have antibacterial,anti-inflammatory,anti-virus and other biological activities,and are widely used in food,cosmetics,pharmaceuticals,agriculture and other fields.Essential oils are frequently used for transdermal drug delivery,including massage and bathing,due to their high safety and low irritation.Essential oils have both an osmotic effect and a promoting osmotic effect.However,the volatility of essential oils and natural barrier of the skin's stratum corneum limit their penetration and efficacy.Through literature research,this study examined the transdermal and transmission-promoting properties of essential oils and their components,providing a reference for their future development and application.
