液相色谱-串联质谱法测定豆芽中6 -苄基腺嘌呤 残留量的不确定度

摘要 评定液相色谱-串联质谱法检测豆芽中6-苄基腺嘌呤残留量的不确定度,建立不确定度数学评估模型。通过对测量过程中的不确定来源进行分析,计算出不确定度分量、相对合成不确定度,得出不确定度报告。结果表明,影响测定结果不确定度的主要因素有标准溶液的配制和拟合标准曲线求得样品浓度,以及前处理及标准品储备液、混合标准中间液的配置,还有仪器本身带来的不确定度。在实际检测过程中,控制标准溶液的配置过程,增加标准曲线的测定次数,对仪器进行定期校准,提高仪器的稳定性和灵敏度,使检测结果更加可靠。 This study established a mathematical evaluation model for the uncertainty in the determination of 6-benzyl adenine residues in bean sprouts by high performance liquid-MS/MS.Through the analysis of the main source of uncertainty factors in the determination process,calculate each uncertainty component and the synthetic standard uncertainty.The results showed that the standard working solution preparation and sample concentration obtained by fitting the standard curve had the greatest influence on the uncertainty,followed by the sample pretreatment preparation,the poreparation of standard reserve liquid,mixing standard intermediate liquid and the uncertainty component brought by the instrument itself.In the actual work,control the preparation process of standard solutions,increase the number of standard curve measurements,calibrate the instrument regularly,could make the detection result more reliable.
