摘要 随着时代的快速发展,生活追求不断提高,国民对食品安全问题关注度的日益加强,对自身健康状况的日渐重视,国民不再满足于现有绿色无机食品,愈来愈追求纯天然、富营养、高品质的有机食品,促使有机食品市场成为全球食品市场增长速度最快的市场之一。但我国现有机食品市场建设尚不完全,有机食品安全认证标准不一,假冒过期有机认证现象频发,导致消费者对我国有机食品认证的有效性产生怀疑。为促使我国有机食品市场的良好、向上发展,满足国民需求,有必要认清我国现有有机食品认证现状,健全有机产品认定的制度,健全有机产品监督管理政策,强化执行能力。 With the rapid development of the times,the pursuit of life continues to improve,the increasing concern of the national food safety issues,the growing importance of their own health,the national is no longer satisfied with the existing green inorganic food,more and more the pursuit of pure natural,rich in nutrients,high quality organic food,prompting the organic food market has become one of the fastest growing markets in the global food market.However,the organic food market in China was not yet fully constructed,organic food safety certification standards vary,and the phenomenon of counterfeit expired organic certification was frequent,leading consumers to doubt the validity of organic food certification in China.In order to promote the good and upward development of China's organic food market,to meet the national demand,it was necessary to identify the current situation of organic food certification in China,improve the system of organic product certification,improved the supervision and management policy of organic products,and strengthen the implementation capacity.
