Research on the Methodology of Improving the Patrolling Mechanism to Control Street Crimes in Megacities

完善超大城市街面巡逻防控机制是推进市域社会治理现代化的重要举措,但是,目前面临超大城市街面巡逻防控机制与群众现实需求的矛盾、公安工作高质量发展的差距问题。为此,应当厘清超大城市街面巡逻防控机制建设的主要思路,从组织指挥、警务站运行机制改革、信息技术融入、警务联勤联动和综合保障等方面,完善超大城市街面巡逻防控机制的具体路径。

To better the patrolling mechanism to prevent and control street crime in megacities is an important measure to promote the modernization of urban social governance.However,nowadays,police agencies confront a contradiction between this mechanism,the public real needs and a high-quality development gap in police work.Accordingly,it is necessary to clarify the main thought threads for the development of the mechanisms in megacities,and to improve the specific methodology in terms of organization,leadership,reformation of the mechanisms of police post operation,integrating information technology,police joint operation,and comprehensive logistic support.
