摘要
上海市浦东大道地下通道兼顾浦东与浦西之间的长距离出行越江交通,服务地区范围广,交通压力巨大。现以浦东大道地道为研究对象,对多点进出型城市地下道路应急疏散进行研究。在交通量、突发事件类型和点面结合的疏散方式的基础上,完成工况设计,提出了多点进出型城市地下道路应急疏散方案,通过VISSIM仿真,得到不同条件下的通行速率、拥堵程度和疏散时间,并对比分析了不同疏散方案的效果。
The Shanghai Pudong Avenue underpass takes into account the long-distance cross-river traffic between Pudong and Puxi,serves a wide range of areas,and the trafic pressure is huge.This paper takes Pudong Avenue Tunnel as the research object and studies the emergency evacuation of multi-point access urban underground roads.Firstly,based on the traffic volume,types of emergencies,and point-to-point evacuation mode,the working condition design is completed,and the emergency evacuation scheme of a multi-point access urban underground road is proposed.Through VISSIM simulation,the traffic rate,congestion degree,and evacuation time under different conditions were obtained,and the effects of different evacuation schemes were compared and analyzed.
